Site: Relatively new commercial warehouse unit

Issue: Water Ingress in to building through roof causing visible drips on the floor. With the potential of water damage to items being stored ready for transport

Cause: Build up of decomposing leaves and other debris in the drainage gullies on the roof of the warehouse unit. Which was blocking and preventing good waterflow through the drainage pipes. As well as reducing peak capacity during periods of bad weather.

Solution: Operatives using existing fall prevention safety system to clean out all the gullies on the building roof. Removing the ice, decomposed leaves and other debris.  Leaving the site clean and tidy with good water flow from the roof. With regular maintenance checks agreed to prevent any further recurrence of the issue.
